This sing was originally written as a bonus track for the Lp version of the Tribute to Cernunnos. It was never used as , in the end, the Official LP never came out. The song features the voice of Cernunnos, which was taken from an interview he did back in 1996.

A bridge between two better albums, Damned in Black is damned to be overshadowed by the majestic heights found at the heart of winter, and the sharper cold found in the northern darkness. But I'll be damned if this isn't worth remembering still. Turn up the volume and this thing still rips through your leather like a glacier through mountains. But, um... faster. Sometimes, while headbanging to Wrath From Above or fist-pumping to the epic finale, I almost forget this isn't even their best album. rvss.eel

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
